Yes Josh, but game booster doesn't kill all the processes. If it did, your OS would crash or freeze or BSOD. There are necessary Windows processes that you can't kill.

And also, I know there are necessary processes, so the normal amount of processes running in the background w/o foreign applications would be aroun 50-54 for me. 70+ is a little high.
