GPU Upgrade

I'm looking for a new gpu
then I would ask HD 7770 vs HD 6850
Or suggest me a good gpu in the same price range I'm on a low budget 150$ max for gpu and what is the recommended psu ?

Nah , the HD 6770 is 670 L.E which is 85-95 $
The HD 7770 Sapphire version is 950 L.E which is 145 $

350 watt it is below the minimum for the HD 7770 which is 450 watt so what do you recommend ?

Any 500+ watt PSU will do. I personally would recommend Corsair PSU's. Those things have never failed on me before.
