GTA V over-hyped?

ok so i've been watching the steams for a couple hours now for GTA V, and honestly it looks like shit. Looks exactly like GTA IV , same cartoon graphics, same mechanics and everything. I honestly want to know how in the world they managed to spend 200+ million dollars on this game?
I don't understand why people pay for shit like this... I have the same issue with call of duty, the release the same game over and over again and still manage to hype it up each year? Seriously what the fuck?
Here's what I've noticed is very similar, if not identical.
Cell phone
Vehicles (especially motorcycles)
the player mechanics (hiding on walls, crouching etc.)
camera
i will say the cops are different
i hope for the moneys sake that the multiplayer is good and not a piece of shit like GTA IV

Its like the CoD series... 2 month after people are gonna say its shit and when they gonna announce the new one people will be hyped..
and i dont think that there is a game that is worth 60$ (70$ here cuz of taxes)

After hating the industry because it does this for many years, I am starting to realize it's the consumers fault, because the majority of these consumers are idiots who just want to pay for the same shit just 'newer'. Am I alone when I say the GTA series along with COD series is BORING, dull and OLD. I want NEW games, actually NEW something I haven't played before.

Batman: Arkham City

YES YES and YES like honesty all those games except for Saints Row the Third would be worth a full $60. I can never get bored of TF2! Love that game the best!

If all these famous rich people can become richer and more famous from being famous and rich, then why the fuck can't GTA be over hyped for being 'more advances' since previous versions? Of course same shit, but there is al ot of 'better' positives in the game plus.

The campaign might be the same but multiplayer is probably different
can't be sure, so I guess we will have to wait and see

GTA is worth its hype. So much fun I've had and so many hours wasted on that series.
And I will enjoy the fifth installment as much as the other ones, and complain about it as much.

Its a game, what kind of graphics are you fucking expecting? The driving has been completely revamped as well. Instead of playing as on character the entire game you can now choose. Also, the player mechanics have been changed exponentially with the sprinting, jumping, even swimming.

I own the game and think it's quite fun actually. I make this thread to get kids like you all butt hurt

the point of this thread is actually because i don't understand how can they spend over 200 million dollars on such a stupid game?
