RCON Hack

Could anyone please send or post preferable a rcon hack? I am willing to pay maneys.

There was an exploit back in 2009-2010 where you could download server.cfg from the server, but its patched now, the only thing I can think of if the server owner is dumb enough to stick their rcon password in server.cfg in fastdl and download it from the sv_downloadurl link, so you could try typing sv_downloadurl in console and if a url comes up put that in your web browser and see if its there, it will most likely not be there.
