Ebay question

So I was going to buy some stuff from Ebay but then I realized I didn't have enough money on my paypal account, so I just closed Ebay, anyways I just reopened it and found the items were in my purchases, both in the awaiting payment and awaiting feedback sections
and they were found in the item's sold area ( 80 sold ) and my account was one of them
does that mean the guy is gonna ship the item or what?
