need help on hack tool detected 0:5:0:0

so far i have tried almost everything that ive seen and read here , have reinstalled cf a couple of times already , run virus scan in every folder , downloaded new files for the inferno patch but still im getting the hack tool detected thing every 1 or 2 minutes inside the game

im playing on crossfire philipines and nobody has any idea on how to fix it !!! they always says its coz of the connection grrrrrrr im running on a 3.6mbps broadband and already tweaked and using internet turbo just to gain more speed but still hack tool shit always appear !!! please please please any help

I think there is something in your systeme(virus,...)
Reinstall it

just done reinstalling sir and have run mse and avast on it twice already

Not reinstalling the game but reinstall all the systeme or the probleme is from your account?

i dont think i have any problem with my account sir i can still log in to the game just that after 2 - 5 min the hack tool detected thing always shows up , i dont use hack or any enhancement on the game

A process in the background maybe.. Virus or AV or something
Z8 can probably tell you the reason for the Hacktool Msg

yeah ive asked Z8 about it just that they always come back to the "its your connection" i used to run crossfire on a very minimal internet speed and i have no problem just a bit laggy ,,,\then i switch to a much better connection with 3mb and ive been playing the game with it for years now , then they have this patch called inferno patch and after that this hack tool detected shit starts popping up !!! already have deleted unwanted apps gone thru everything including full virus scan even reformated and reinstall the game and still is giving me the same result

Yes, sim is right uninstall it clear register and defrag your disc, use ccleaner and clear everything then once you clear everything uninstall re-install but in a different directory folder. It must be one of those Activate button hacks that place a file in the folder instead of injecting.
