Help making hotkey

Hi all, Wanted to know if someone can supply me with a current base /source code with just nx chams to start from. No other features nothing fancy just a hotkey based hack.

There are many bases around there, if you just want hotkey chams, check the code of menu appear/disappear with INS, and instead of menu make chams on/off.

Idk if will work I never done that...
