Im thinking about getting GTA V from the Playstation Store ( cuz its 60$ with no taxes), and i was wondering if i gameshare it with a friend, could both of us play online?

your're all wrong.
Gamesharing will work, BUT You can only share with 2 people. example, You, the person who bought the game (A) a friend (B) another friend (B).
A already has the game, B can gameshare, so can C [with {A} not {B}] you'll all be able to play online.

In 2012 you could share with 4 , now its just 2 the buyer and the other guy , Its a Jailbreak files that allows this to work up to 35 accounts
