Apparently people are using bots to trade snipe now, anyone have an idea on how to obtain one / create one?

Most likely just auto clickers. Just sort by lowest price first, click it, click buy now, click OK on box that says you cannot afford, click refresh, and set to redo. Easy enough and no hard coding. Enjoy the market win.
