if i download Windows 7 will i have to buy it after the trial expires, is there even a trial?? what willl happen if i keep using it if i download it will i have to buy it at some point or do i just download it and bam thats it?

i dont think u can download it anymore of the site i read somewhere that they wont be giving beta's away after the 20th. and u will have to buy it cos it will slowly start to log u out every 2hours

The trial is an RC or release candidate which you can use till 6/2010 after that you can just pirate it. I'm using the RTM (release version) right now!
