Clear a few things up for hacking.
Hey this is my first time posting so please forgive me if i did something wrong.
When hacking you have to realize people may have a different computers than you do. When hacks are created, people take files from inside the combat arms folder(most of the time unless it is a trainer, which is made from cheat engine or other programs). When in the process of creating a working hack it is tested on different computers, but not all. That alone can cause hacks not to work for certain people. When in testing, the hack will be "tweaked" in order to get it functioning properly. That makes it come closer to working for only a certain type of computer. That "tweaked" hack now only works for certain computers. Some hacks are able to be ran in compatibility mode in order to work with the hack. The problem with this is that compatibility varies with the different type of computers. By saying that, I am sorry for XP users.Most hacks now are moved towards the Vista side. This is because Vista is now to standard software on computers when you first buy it. I am not 100% sure if XP users are able to upgrade to Vista without buying a new computer, but I am 100% sure that Vista users are able to downgrade to XP.
Also bypasses are a big part of hacks. Bypasses are what help hacks work. They pretty much block certain areas of the hack shield to allow the hack to work. Those bypasses are usually the ones that keep piling up on your computer for the numerous hacks you may have. There are other bypasses that can block the entire hack shield. those are used for all hacks, but almost always only come in V.I.P. hacks.
When hacks suddenly stop working there would have more than likely been an update for either the game or the hack shield. This happened recently on August 18,2009 and again on August 20,2009. It took alot of people by surprise because of the update on what i believe was July 2,2009. When updates occur you have three options:
1 - Learn how to make hacks so you can get back to hacking and learn something in the process.
2 - Wait for other hackers to make hacks and then use them.
or
3 - combine different hacks and hope you get a combination that works.
