first : DOWNLOAD the file attached bellow
second: extract the .rar file
third : paste it to
PSF:
C:\Program Files\MYGAME\Special Force\data\effect
IJJI:
C:\ijji\ENGLISH\u_sf\data\effect
if you didnt like it or dont work for you
then its ur problem..
WORKS for me 100%
