HelpUnable to load Language en

Yeah you can read my request in the title, tried everything: uninstalled flash player, started computer new, setting local store to 0, checked my connection.
Still not working, not with flashplayer, not when i drag the swf into my browser, i everytime get this stupid error.
This was what google told me, any other ideas?
Pls help me i wanna play :C

Google uninstaller for Flash Player.
Download the uninstaller for Flash Player at adobe dot com.
Uninstall flash player and then reinstall flash player.


Google flash player projector.
Download the flash player projector at adobe dot com.
drag the swf into your flash player projector
