Need Help

i run my ava directly with out ignite but every time i click start game and the login screen appears it dont even lets me input my info and the game start by itself then it say disconnected from server any ideas on how to fix?? thanks in advance

Log out of your account through Ignite

ignite is no where on my pc i used your post a while back how to download ava in minutes so no ignite to use

edit: thi has happened to me ontwo laptops now the both of them is msi u270 one win8 the other win7 i put ava on the win8 one when it happened to my win7 a while back like 1 month it worked on the win8 fine for a while then now it got the same problem
