Where would be the best place to train from 32~36?

Twilight Desert, Crescent Moon Island, Ship Graveyard, they are good places to get high exp, also if you can find people run the S2 Raids but its going to be hard to find people that will run them at that level.
Do the S1 story, it's a blaze as getting to 60.

Polar bear to blood prince to hidden, though to unlock the latter two you need to do quests. Your better off doing your quests until that point.
Do Blood Prince for xp and advanced enhancement stones.
press "g" on the keyboard and see what bonus missions are there
do them especially in malina quests
especially for treasure chests, chances are low, but you never know man, you might get a thunder ring or CMA.
