Desperate help!!!

Please can someone help with this error! Alot of people are getting the same thing.

I feel your pain, I'm getting the same thing, I've done everything in this TUT several times and still get this error.

you type in your id, click that button next to it, and YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSE TO CLOSE IT, YOU HAVE TO PRESS THE LITTLE BUTTON ON THE BOTTOM...

so dont close from the X button?

ok i did that...both ids were not taken and i exited both from that button...but i still get either the asme error or this new one,

and the id's are over 6 characters
