So i got this wall hack file but it contains this :

Anyway to remove this kind of treats so the wall can be safe?

Those are some weird ass detections... I wouldn't release it if I were you. I wouldn't even run it. Of course those could just be false positives... You never know when something is clean until you actually decompile it.
