Zed and Talon usually have life steal as well and with a last whisper and black cleaver, they should be able to get past any tank. 
Syndra can just hope to poke from afar. And I don't know that many "tanks" that can "melt" down people. Ill join, but i lose every ranked game cause adc has 0 armor runes and asks why their adc hits so hard, so if you dont care about elo im in :l.
