Not sure, that restriction for new members are pretty new, but I guess around 15-50 posts

I think you need at least 25 posts to be able to post links, but I am not sure.

Only if it's advertising.
For the most part, outside links are usually fine.

10 posts. (As soon as you get member level 1)

10 or 25 posts, just don't advertise any other sites or you will get banned

Okay, like, youtube and hulu links, those are okay I guess. And pictures too.

As you get Member 1 Tag, you will be able to post links.
