Does Gpedit.msc work?My download speed is horrible, and was looking on google, for maybe a lil trick on how to make it just a little faster, and came across the gpedit.msc way, has anyone tried this method? and do you see a change at all?

You cant get a higher download speed than you got, but you can change your provider and get a better internet.
Check your modem by typing 192.168.0.1 in the address bar. The password is usually admin:admin Check your downstream rate and see if your ISP is throttling/capping you.
