Okay so our highschool, banned backpacks.. and suspended a kid for voicing his opinion about it on facebook

is this even legal?

What, your high school banned backpacks? does not make sense

Back when I was in Middle School they banned Hoodies because you could supposedly "Hide your cell phone in the pockets".

Do what I did, jump in front of those golf cart things they drive around campus and break your leg. Then sue the school for $120K and win.

In court say, "If I had a backpack I wouldn't have had to chase the loose papers in my binder cause they would have been secure in my backpack."

Yeah you are not allowed to wear your backpack to school.. Because you can hide weapons and shit.. like wtf? thank god im in college and don't have to deal with that bull shit..

Have they ever thought about checking backpacks if they think it is dangerous ?

My school won't allow us to wear backpacks during school but we can bring them, I've worn mine all day for the whole time I've been there though.
They got banned because someone brought a knife... Wut
