Batch file that automatically copies when usb plugged in

Does anyone have a code for a batchfile that autoplays and then silently copies all pictures from the My Pictures library onto a USB as soon as it plugs in?

I know it could be done but I don't know how to start the code for the batch file.

This used to be able to be done with an autoexec.cfg file. If you are still on windows XP, look up how to make an autoexec.cfg.
This feature has since been removed from vista-forward because of numerous security flaws. Viruses would frequently make autoexec.cfg's on flash drives pluged into the computer that would run when plugged into another computer to spread it, and so on.
