Banned for selling scripts.

Made him a youtube background, he gave me like $5 , been talking ever since. He messaged me tonight saying that he was banned on mpgh for selling hacks,menus,scripts,& loaders. http://i.imgur.com/DOtXmJa.png
From what he's telling me is that he wasn't selling vmware( Virtual machine to farm in crossfire). He was setting it up for people for a price .
So if what he is saying is true, technically means he wasn't selling hacks,menus/scrips/loaders. He's just setting it up for people for ugc. I would link the thread but he says that thread was deleted.
Only reason I'm making the thread for him is because he seems like a nice guy and because I don't think his ban was fair based off the information he gave me.
If the information that he gave me is wrong then please let me know and I'll never stick my neck out for him again.
