Ping (Fix) ?

So lately I've heard that Egyptians are using Programs to reduce their pings significantly from 150 - 10 or 15ish. Any idea whether it's true?
If so, where could I possibly get the program I'd love to reduce my ping that significantly.

It doesn't reduce your FPS it changes it to 10 but you will find no difference in your game , So it's for people who have 200+ ping to don't get kicked .

WTFast reduces your ping a little bit.

It just masks their pings is all, does not actually improve anything.

ping faking isnt helpful at all.
