Does anyone know if there still is a working bug/glitch or way to dupe items?

Duplicating items will get you banned. If you ever do find a way to dupe items, do it on an alternate account, and just to be safe, do it on another IP address you don't really use.

Still, Valve is doing a pretty great job fixing bugs & glitches constantly, so there's almost no chance of items getting duplicated anymore.
