This isnt working...The screen is black except for my inventory and stuff.
Also i auto=connect to realms.

Disable HW acceleration.
Also you might want to try out the mod selector as it features more hacks.

why cant i see anything, i can see fine in the nexus but in the realms i cant see anything except the minimap and my backpack

Did you disable hardware acceleration?

Go to the options menu ingame, and under graphics or something there's a option called "Hardware Acceleration"
Disable it, and restart your game.
