Outdated17.2 Mod Selector with hacked clients

Are you trying to open your client with a browser? If so you need to change some browser settings to get it to work.
The easy way is just to use flash projector. Check the important stuff section of the first post for links on how to play in browser or projector.
If you're using projector or changed the browser settings and still get a loading screen, it's possible you could be banned. Right click on the main screen, click settings, click the little folder icon, slide the slider all the way to the left, click ok. Then slide the slider back to the right. If you get "load error, retrying" when you log in then you're banned.

For those having problems:
uninstall any java you have installed then install the latest version.
Make sure you click the .bat and not the.jar file.
Double check to be sure there are no spaces in the path to the mod selector.
Be sure that you're using windows as the mod selector only works for windows.
If you have a client-1 folder or .abc files left over, delete them and try again.
If all else fails, use one of the 2 pre-hacked clients in the hacked clients folder.
