Hack/Application Help

Hello.
when ever i go to download a hack/application it comes up as a Word Document when i know for a fact its not supposed to be. i was just wondering how would i stop this so that it comes up as the application it was meant to be.

to use them properly most threads should tell you where to put the files and then you get a bypass after that you type into the console what they tell you too and it should work
