Hello im getting the error messege

"Cannot Connect to Test Server"

Can anyone tell me why is this happening ?

Maybe server maintenance /

Test Server? I don't think I've heard of that error before.

Make sure you check this site when something likewise happens: Crossfire Server status!

Still the same error :/ the thing is it only happens with my main account..

Contact the support.. maybe some kind of bug with the IP restriction

I sent one 4 days ago still no answer.

Are you window 8 user?
Screen shot can be useful here

How old is your main account?

I've never seen that kind of problem before. You may check the internet connection settings and its firewall. Reinstall the game if possible.

Learn 2 read i just said this only happens on my main account.. i can play on my alts.

Unfortunately this message means the account is permanently banned from the game.

I know right.

I don't know what's up then. I would understand if your character was like a year old or something and it was inactive. I'm almost positive now that your main account was banned/blocked from playing. Sorry

how it would be banned with honorable ?

i also played 2 days before that happen
