Do not download this or any Windows 8 of the like if you have a AMD system.All 3 Windows 8 programs i know carry the same issue.They infect the BIOS with a program loop that prevents upgrading your BIOS an slows down all functionality.
It directly attacks AMD Processors,Memory and any AMD graphics card.It has NO negative effects on any Intel systems or Nvidia graphics cards.It ONLY affects AMD negatively.DO NOT download. Once in you cant get it out.An if you dare try to Overclock you can see in your memory it lowers all Memory an performance.I tested this over a year.I cannot fix anything like it.

Do you actually believe that asshole, he can't even write properly. A lot of a grammar issues right there. That guy is just random asshole, who thinks that that windows caused him a problems. He's AMD productions were OLD piece of junk.

Do whole reformat.
Remember its only a partition on a drive, its not hard to reformat and put a different OS on.
Dual boot and then reformat the other half of the drive and then delete the boot from the boot manager.
If that doesn't work, burn windows 7 to a disk boot from disc and load the windows 7 then select the drive it should work perfectly fine since Windows 8 isn't booting up.

The only issue I see would the mobo in this case since windows 8 uses most of the motherboard like for example; DEP since UEFI has to do the with motherboard not the OS.
Also Windows 7 SP1 X64 works with UEFI.

UEFI comes with SecureBoot. Prevents any access of the UEFI interface. Hence preventing any modification.
You CAN deactivate SecureBoot on MOST computers with UEFI.
Problem is those who's manufacturers have locked down such options. From there, you have to exploit. And that's on another level of comprehension.
