They are the most idiotic people that I have ever dealt with, the first day the BF4 Beta came out I tried to get in touch with customer support so I could play the game (it was crashing on startup). This was the outcome.
Since he couldn't help me, and didn't even have any input when I asked him if I could delete my system32, I went to the phone. Too bad I forgot to record it.
A female answered the phone and she sounded like she was from the south (US) and I immediately thought, "ohh shit, this can't go well". I told her my game was crashing on startup and told her all my drivers are up to date, blah blah blah. And this is how the conversation went.
Support: Sir, may I ask you what connection are you using.
Me: What do you mean? Wired or wireless?
Support: Yes
Me: Wireless...
Support: Okay, I am going to have to ask you to try and connect to your router through a wired connection.
At this point I hung up.
Bitch, how is my wireless connection crashing my game.
Ended up needing to repair my service pack 1.
