crossfire starts up slow?

Whenever i feel like playing some cf, it takes a looooong time for the game to start running after i click the application. and sometimes, i have to click the application many times becuz each time i always get a Error 114. makes me soo mad is there a way to fix this or am i stuck with this annoying problem?

get gamebooster it closes procceses that dont need to be running and there are solutions to all the errors on there website
