Are you literally mentally handicapped?
Cheat engine trainers use writeprocessmemory, which VAC can easily detect having happened. Do you really think there's no trace of what you did left in the program after the window closes? If there wasn't any trace, guess what, the m_nValue wouldn't still be what you changed it to!

Who says this is CE trainer? Its an .exe file.
