Heyyy guys! I need help! I just got banned on battlefield 3 and I really dont wanna buy a new one soo can u please help me... Do u know how to change your ip address?!

Your ACCOUNT got banned not your IP...

Solution:
-Create New Origin account
-Buy the game

They're right. You cannot play changing IP, they ban your Origin account. As said by all, you have to buy a new key for a new account.

Problem solved.
