I will sell an account and he will pay with paypal.
I want to know if he can chargeback the money.

If I spend the money in another game, we will be capable to recover his money?
Is paypal a secure method for selling accounts?

Use an OMM for your trade. This will at least get him banned if he scams you.

Dunno if he can recover his money, maybe read the paypal FAQ

Bro, if he pays thru paypal he can chargeback. Thats why you only sell to trusted and legit buyers - sellers in cf...

Just use a middle man , and a buyer with a clean history of trading , and you should be fine.

Anyone can chargeback paypal, OMM doesnt help. My suggestion: get him to send you a email via the pp email saying that he owns the acc.

What if:

Imagine that I sell an account for 100$. Than I create a noob account and with that noob account I offer ZP as a gift to my main account with the money in the paypal.
My main account will get banned? Or just my secundary account?

Also, it is hard to do a chargeback or it can be made with 3 or 4 clicks?

You will always be able to charge back on Paypal from my knowledge with buying and selling stuff.
