Too red bro. Work on the colors more, use gradients. This has a lot of potential, you are getting better.

What happens when someone requests 2 colors? black and red.. do you just use multiple gradients to get different shades?

Naw man, gotta use clipping masks and what not on the different C4D's. It keeps everyone different. This is just darker and brighter shades of red if you look at it.

To be honest this guy has the same opinion as me.

Maybe brighten it up a little bit, making it feel a bit foggy, that'd have a good effect without taking the focus away from the page.
I have no idea what it's for, but that should work.

Just crank the brightness up by 5 - 10 using the saturation tool and see how that looks.

Or use the dodge tool. Works the same way antipathy is telling you.

Except you can brighten the select parts you want.

So the dodge tool has the exact same effect as the saturation tool?

It makes things brighter.
