Colorado V2 backpack glitch.

If you find a backpack in any of the PTE servers, replace the backpack you found with the one you have and if you die, you'll still have the backpack. Only known way to get any items out of the PTE servers so far. Will update if I find any others.

But you can get banned for that or?
