HelpBuying ZP :( Help

I was trying to buy zp with my debit card, but i got this message:
This transaction has been voided, your card will NOT be charged. Reason:Failed to pass security validations.
It says "your card will NOT be charged" But i got charged :S plz help, I want my zp or my money back >_<

I have NOT Received transaction ID or email from buddieshops or crossfire, so i cant send a ticket to crossfire support.
what should i do?

call the bank. or tell ur parents u messed up.
