Help with xigncode error, please...

I keep getting a 3rd party program error, I don't know why I'm running nothing, but a.v.a I made sure nothing was running in the background, I tried using ccleaner and gamebooster, but I still got this error. I replaced the binaries and restarted my computer, still nothing was working. I honestly don't know what to try anymore, Please someone if you know how to fix this tell me your solution. It's urgent.
