Are you sure Craftbukkit does not have a 64 bit client? I remember it having a 32 and 64.

Pretty positive CraftBukkit | Bukkit
Bump, Problem not solved yet
@EcHo OFF
SET BINDIR=%~dp0
CD /D "%BINDIR%"
"%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe" -Xincgc -Xmx1G -jar craftbukkit.jar
PAUSE

Got this to work , but wont let me do 6gb of ram or even 4.

In your code, after Xmx1G, replace the 1 with the number of gigabytes you want to launch the server with, or use this:
java -Xmx1G -jar craftbukkit.jar -o true
PAUSE
Replace the 1 in Xmx1G to the number of RAM (GB) you want to use.
