Need help, 2 items.

Need some help from some veteran farmers!

First:
I dc if I try to load 15 crossfire accounts into one game lawl. But on a more realistic note I dc loading 4 into the game sometimes. 3 is safe. I used to clan war cows , but sadly cannot not anymore as even a 3v3 will dc. Not sure if something in game has changed or this is a hardware issue?
If I load the cows in staggered it will run in a normal game, so I can run a 8v8 but takes 1 round to load every one, but then half the cows are problem #2....


Second:
When I load multiple cows on vmware I get black screen of death .
If I load windows, log into cf and join them into a game its fine. I can do this to all of them, but i cannot go back to them. The acc's are still there and logged in. If I set up the afk you can run the match with out any issues. How ever problem 1 keeps me from an auto ready, so I have to crash vmware to get them all back into the game.
Thoughts, suggestions?

Help a poor farmer out? :P can offer some cw time or something.
