Just dusted of computer. Bored soooo.

That filter on top of it wasnt a good choice because it was orange and background blue.
Try to see some finished sigs tutorials.

It looks really choppy. Needs more contrasting colors toooooo.

Needs to look like Naruto the render needs to be in the background more. Just looks like you copied and pasted it on a cool looking image..
Fix some things and lighting and it could look nice though

So you've put a render on top of an image and added a filter?

If you didn't cut Naruto on the top so it would go over the background,it'd have been much cooler

The filter is a bad choice and it's a tad bit too dark
