Like the title says im here with a Paypal account what have 314 euros left on it
i cant send the money cus its blocked i need to confirm some things so i got
some questions can i fix this by my own or can some people help me with this

I need to confirm:
Proof of Adress
Confirm my Credit card
Bankaccount confirm

If i can confirm this my account would be normal again
so can some people please help me

Proof of address needs a letter or bank statement to my knowledge so hard to fake.

Just search how to unlimit paypal account and there should be a thread with someone selling unlimit services on blackhat.
