help me pls

so i have this problem :

When i log on CA with me acc i get normal acces, BUT when my cousin tries to log he gets disconnected :S.

Whats wrong with it ? Am i the only one that can play with my acc ? I've tried to log in also with a second acc i have and i cant get in. :S

is your cousin logging in from a different location? like his house instead of urs?

Are you on the same network?

If you're on two completely separate connections then I highly doubt the problem is connected unless you're both using some 3rd party software that causes problems. I suggest adding more details if you'd like someone to help you.

Could be his network?

Or at some point he got an IP ban?
