Can you answer some questions about VAC because I got VAC Banned from Black Ops 1 while trying a hack against bots with VAC disabled please...

-When you inject hack on menu ?
-When you play with hack on VAC-enabled server ?
-You can get VAC-banned while hacking on VAC-off Server ?
-You can get banned with other things somewhere (explain)

How can you know its vac detected, if they don't update the site and post "Detected" ?
