Sorry and I thought it doesn't scan the exe as well if you scan the rar?

I get some error, saying I need to install a program.. So Idk what to do

Install Microsoft C++ Redist and .NET framework 4.5

Scanned the individual .exe file and it tells me it contains 17 viruses, I don't know how much of these are false positives or if any are, but that is quite alot.

I get this message saying i dont have the permission to open the program ;-; can you assist me please.
