Whether or not it's valid is irrelevant, as there's a lot of minor things people can spam reports on that are valid, that people wouldn't normally report.

But now that they know they can get rep from doing it?

Everyone will be reporting anything they find, that is usually accepted among the normal members, but is still bannable if reported. (ex. flaming/instigating)

My way of rewarding. I usually thank or rep users who release things like hacks and such also whenever I approve them. When I remember to that is.
