help with sig?

hey er i made an image for my sig and every time i upload it it dosnt come up with a error it just doesnt show the pic it shows a box with red cross asif the pic has been delted ?

You have to use the direct link. You can find it by right click on the image and properties

Copy this and put it in your sig.
It should work.
