Can we bring it back? maybe straighten some people out ( the ones who care about there rep ) and might think twice before posting something completely retarded.

We can always implement it. I mean, we need some kind of Rep Abuse mentor, or something that will be able to handle that. Liz, Arunforce, Dave, or of course, me, his loyal sheep. A way of handling it is adding it into the staff requests forum, or creating a subforum where only you can see your own posts, but the rep mentor/advisor will be able to see all and handle it. It's quite easy to handle something like that.
