Nope, it's a riddle, not a question, it's a bit tricky

Nobody actually wants to be a 'millionaire' they simply want material objects that requires 'money' or currency, therefor giving them the self illusion of wanting to be a millionaire.

I can't really find your answer, all you said was " Who is a person ? If so the question is either "Who" or "yes"/"no". : " and a person, yes, and no are all incorrect answers

Replace Who with Person. "Person wants to be a millionare ?" Yes he does. No ?
